"One of the worst games in living memory"

Maybe if you can only remember the last six months.

We played worse (at times) under Millen, Beech, Pressley, Sheridan, Curle, Kavanagh and Abbott - for a start.

Have you gone senile?

It's a long time Pig since Carlisle have lost 1 game in there first 10!! Give Simmo time and we will get out of this league 😎

There's more than one way to "get out of this league".

Hopefully performances like today will be the exception rather than the rule.
Whichever way you look at it, regardless of injuries, one defeat in 11 games, who wouldn't have taken that.

The idiot who knows nothing about the game who only sees half a match on his dodgy stream.

He is only on here as a wum, nothing else, just looking to get a bite every now and again.

A sad lonely individual, that's all he is.

Baffled why Guy keeps taking free kicks and corners ( when he rarely clears the 1st man )
When Moxen is available ?

The system we played today demanded that the wingbacks got to the byline and put crosses over. We only managed that a couple of times today. Crewe made an early substitution to prevent Back from doing just that. Without the option of a big physical forward to come on from the bench there was no real plan B.

For that reason, we need likes of Sho-Silva and Edmondson to be fit and available for selection.

One to file under "not a riveting spectacle", but keeping in touch with the playoff places is a decent effort given the injury situation.

Totally agree Chilled.
I am a fan of Guy but set pieces are not his forte and we were better when he wasn't taking them.

Fatigue was the problem yesterday, too many moments when a lazy pass and a half hearted attempt to win second ball was the easy option. Gibson in particular, apart from his one shot didn't seem up for it, and when in possession he constantly seemed to be caught in two minds as regards what to do.

I wonder who told Holy that when you are kicking into a strong gusty wind you should kick the ball out of hand as high as you can? It barely reached the halfway line most of the time and came straight back at us.

It's the system we play every week. The players should know it by now. Agree that tobi or Edmundson would be better than Stretton
