Was a good round of games, Carlisle Utd, Penrith ,Gretna and 2 from Workington St Jospehs. Westmorland lot didnt turn up the the jam curtain border.Enjoyed it.
I enjoy playing this. It's much more competitive than people think. Shame there's not more teams involved, would hope Maryport, Wigton, Cockermouth, Carlisle area could set up teams in future.
Ive been asked about possibly drumming up interest in view to developing a team in Maryport for the future, although ive signed on for St Josephs for the moment ,i would like to spread the word in my home town and get a few older folk playing again...its an absolute buzz
