D Stand is too far from The Sporting Inn for Melbourne!

Urban, yes they did, as a reply on the Pre-Season Thread said so...

Imagine if we joined the Scottish League we would have regular good away followings , lots of bantz with the big clubs and we could be playing in front of huge crowds at times.
Beats playing Stevenage and Forest Green.
If we move to Kingmoor we are nearly in Scotland anyhow.
Plus all the friendly rivalry of being English
Get The Proclaimers to do the Golden Gamble
Would it be that bad?

Yes, Yes it would.

I wouldn't mind Carlisle City giving it a gan like if they could find a wealthy owner, same level of football until you get to the top two tiers.

Just don't call them Celtic Nation mind.

I don't like watching League 2 football but it's the dream that we can eventually get back to the level we were playing at - 2nd tier.

Unfortunately no chance of that with these owners who seem content for CUFC to be run like a semi professional feeder team.

When you look back and think about it what a carry on the whole Celtic Nation thing was. A football club from Carlisle called that :-)

Very harsh that. A crack round the lugs would be more appropriate than having to watch a pre-season friendly.

Not sure if we were actually outnumbered but there was a game against Plymouth at the end of one season where they brought a load to celebrate promotion and we were boycotting because of Knighton. Their fans were chanting "you're supposed to be outside" in support of the marching fans.

It will probably be the highest away attendance this season!

I wonder if Bradfords away attendance has improved.

When we were in league 1 our home attendances were pretty much the same but we had a better away support. I noticed when we took 2,500 to Notts Forest they had only taken 1,000 there on the opening day.

We took about 660 to theirs on a Tuesday night and they only took about 500 here. With it being boxing day at BP you would think 2,000 now with their increased fan base.
