And whilst I'm at it, the amount of people queing for tickets (Paddock) was ridiculous, I had a ticket but my mate didn't and he did not get in until nearly 8pm, (and before anybody accuses him of not buying an advanced ticket, he didn't know whether he could come until the last minute because of work commitments), especially if the rumours are true that there were four staff in the old ticket office doing nowt but drinking cups of tea, and just one poor lass trying to deal with that bloody long que.
Beggars belief really!!
As much as I despised Knighton, I can always remember him on one occasion helping out on one of the turnstiles when we had a bigger than normal gate.
Little things make such a difference in the end, but then they wonder why gates are falling??

Simple answer cash gates a system that worked perfectly well for100 years

With the bars being contracted out there is also no incentive to improve them either.

You just have to visit other grounds to see that we are one of the worst on bars and catering inside the ground.

I’m sure the Bars have at least another couple of Season’s to go on the ABM contract...

Presumably they could be bought out for an appropriate settlement.

For me, before and after the match it`s usually the Rugby Club or The Beehive, and Claires bakery for scran, wouldn`t touch food and drink inside the ground, crap and expensive.

The easy solution for the paddock south bar is to have a load of drink already poured in readiness for half-time. Hardly rocket science but seemingly beyond thought for the powers that be.

last night's match was still up on the board when I drove past today. I wonder who changes it as they must just do it when they get a chance, the milk tray man should get up and sort it.

You wouldn't need to just make it difficult for them to make any money out of it and they'd be off like a shot

This issue has been brought to Nigel's attention before so why is it still not fixed? It's either astounding levels of incompetence that the club can't manage to change a sign, or just laziness and can't be arsed to make a bit of effort and look professional. Why should fans have any confidence in them to tackle the major issues facing the club if they can't even seem to get the basics right? It's like there's no pride or self respect.

I don't like having to moan about stuff, I would prefer the club is run properly. Yes it's good that they updated it now but wouldn't it be good if they did that without having to be constantly reminded to do it? Like they actually had a bit of pride in making the club look professional and weren't just updating it in response to people complaining?

if they employ an odd job person maybe they can move the broken chair and unused carpet from the EWM entrance foyer.

Simple actions can drag a us into the of course we're proud of the club, but unfortunately at the moment we are looking like no one cares.

There's no pride in doing the small things right and making the club look like a proper professional outfit. They can't be arsed, but then again the fans have shown they can't be arsed trying to change things so looks like nothing will change.

My youngest lad has a mobile for emergencies and to be fair to him he is never on it and only uses it when he has to.

Then again maybe that has something to do with the fact that he can basically only phone and text on it and he must have got bored a long time ago typing 5319009 into the calculator then holding it upside down whilst laughing at the swear word.
