A winner-look at the confidence the Watford team have.Simple structure and full of positive energy.Captain might not be the best player but he leads from the front too. They will finish mid table

Pearson has pulled off this trick in The Premier League before with Leicester.

And the bulk of Leicesters Premier winning side were his signings.

I've always rated him. He had to put up with a lot of crap when he was here but always came across as a hard but fair man. Set the foundations for the current Leicester side also but given very little credit for it.

Watford lad I know is pretty much convinced that it will end in tears sooner rather than later and that the very first time he clashes with the owner he.ll get home to an e.mail the template for which the owner has stored in his phone.

He's 100% responsible for Leicesters current success. Him, Craig Shakespeare and Steve Walsh as well as another lad who's recruitment was incredible. The backroom staff ran the club while Ranieri took the plaudits. Makes me laugh to hear Carragher and Neville slating Leicester city for sacking Ranieri, if only they'd had a clue.
He'll do well at Watford if allowed to set it all up again.

Pearson had a rough deal at Carlisle, FGB was out of order with him...as he puts it, St Jimmy got the keys to the city while he got the sack!
I think that experience certainly helped him later on though he might not admit it. Not sure he'd have got on to better things if he hadn't been sacked by Carlisle United. We'll never know I guess.

It's better to be silent and assumed a fool than to speak and remove all doubt
