I agree, there's no point anyone going on about it on here. The club were given multiple opportunities to properly answer it and I don't think they have. That's really all that needs to be said about it for now.

No munch, I'm still trying to get answers just don't see much point in asking through CUSG because it seems despite their comment about all questions being welcome, questions about that incident are not welcome.

It's 3 months since the Northampton game. You are not going to get any different answer now from the Club than you already have had.
If you think you are then you really are in cloud cuckoo land.
Why are you so aggrieved about it? No one else is.

The Holdings directors / shareholders are not breaking the rules and the EFL have confirmed that.

118.1.1 Clubs must be represented by the Club’s majority owner, board director(s) or other senior executive(s).

Presumably the club is Carlisle United Football Club (1921) Limited. A forum with any director / senior executive of CUFC (1921) on the panel satisfies rule 118.1.1.

Jenkins is the person named on the website as being the person in charge of the club Therefore he is the person who can be made to attend this has been tested at other clubs and is the reason the FL insist on an actual name on there and not say the likes of a company.

He can delegate to the other directors but turning up mob-handed has always been their style personally if i.d been them i.d have just sent pattison on his own to be fed to the lions.

If you get an e.mail back from the FL which doesn't contain an actual person name reply demanding that they include one as you're intending forwarding their reply to you to a number of media outlets then stand back it's like lighting the blue touchpaper. Anybody working for a public-facing organisation who isn't willing to include their name when replying to an e.mail should be driven out of that position immediately.

They are all arseholes the minute you call them a bunch of [censored] they threaten to report you to plod which is quite funny because Lancashire plod now dont get involved in online disputes unless it involves somthing like a death threat.

CUFC Holdings Ltd owns 94% of Carlisle United AFC (1921) Ltd.

At 31 May 2018 its ordinary share capital, issued and fully paid, is 1,275,100 and is owned as follows:

Ordinary shares of £1 (voting):
Mr HA Jenkins - 296,679 (37.32%); CUOSC - 201,741 (25.37%); Mr JL Nixon - 148,340 (18.66%); Mr S Pattison - 148,340 (18.66%).

Ordinary 'B' shares of £1 (non-voting):
Mr HA Jenkins - 450,000; Mr JL Nixon - 20,000; Lord Clark of Windermere - 10,000.

They cannot simply send Cibbins for example as he is not seen as having any control in the ownership of the club

Basically its Jenkins but he could wimp out and send Nixon Pattison and the Holdings board Trust rep but as I say in the past rather than do that they've turned up mob-handed.

I know for certain Jenkins 2 year refusal to go in front of the press is down to the onset of senility so I would assume if he's refusing to attend a forum and if that's the case is he really a fit and proper person to be running a football club ?

But it's not. the whole point of the exercise is to put the person who ultimately controls the club in front of its fans and what I .ve posted above shows exactly who that is. That is the whole point of every club in the league being forced to include that information on their websites so as the fans can clearly see who that person is.

Just because Andrew Jenkins has lost his marbles as well as the plot doesn't mean the old [censored] shouldn't be dragged screaming and shouting in front of a beying mob at a forum

You're missing the whole point No one but Jenkins has the majority controlling interest thats why hes named there and thats why fans can isist hes there and no one else

The fans at Blackpool refused to have anyone else, Oyston refused to attend, the fans refused to accept anyone else, and if the present regulations had been in force then the league could have been forced to penalise hem in fact lads i know were calling for a points deduction

At 100, then 105, then every year Munch. She’s great at what happened on a wet Wednesday in 1944 but hasn’t a clue what happened in the morning when we visit in the afternoon. Senility, as Barry calls it, is a function of age, and it’s not nice to see. If AJ has it, as Barry suggests, then perhaps he shouldn’t be in the CUFC driving seat, nor should he be rolled out in front of a forum.
