A Thread for debating who’ll be next into the Brunton Park hotseat!

Admin.
Is there anything in this, other than odds shortening on him (which probably means somebody put a fiver on him)?

Get ready for the dressing room bust ups, the one dimensional football and of course non league football next year.

Keith Hill is nothing short of an abysmal choice of manager.
Proper old school.

Interesting. Can't see him being a "yes man" to Holdsworth and the BOD.

Maybe he doesn't realise the size of the @*%t show.

Can see him sticking around for a bit then leaving Sheridan-esque.

Beech as assistant?

Sounds like it’s Keith Hill, not sure how I feel about that…

Certainly experienced and you’d hope he’s got contacts in the game meaning we can get some half decent players in.

Didn’t end well at Tranmere for him, Bolton was an impossible job. I think he’s got Rochdale promoted from L2 twice?

Keith Hill has gone back to odds on with SkyBet and Hills, BetVictor price is shortening too…
Just seen Simmo and Dennis Booth in Paulos chippy in Denton Holme. Crack is that they're signing their contracts tomorrow, just minor delays as they're waiting for Billy Barr to crawl on his hands and knees up the M6 from Preston. Fantastic news.

Personally, like any other job you pick the best candidate for the job . Doesn't matter about any of them things , as long as you don't discriminate against or pick one because of those things.

As far as I know yes Mullen , just for interest wonder if any women have applied ?

I think they have to interview a bird nowadays. Along with a trans gender person and somebody in a wheelchair.

I’m sure Lee Clark does fancy the hot seat but even Nixon and Co aren’t that stupid. ;)
I am aware of his managerial record, yes. Would I vow never to set foot in a football ground again whilst he was here, no.
If they appoint Lee Clarke I will never set foot in Brunton Park / travel away, whilst he's there...
Absolute joke if he gets it.
Fully expect him to be announced tomorrow

Christ, an over the top reaction if ever there was…

Have you seen the mans managerial record? Might as well get the Vanarama advertising up now.

Mullen, you aren’t allowed to use the term BAME any more. The commission on Race and Ethnic Disparities report said so.

I’m lost with the whole thing. You won’t be able to say the word person next.

Do you still need to guarantee an interview under the BAME scheme?

A few rumours saying Ince has been interviewed, could be bollocks of course.

It would be absolute Peak CUFC…
Appointing Clark would be an act of sabotage.

Such an appointment should be met with absolute resistance, not support.

Nobody else see Sol Campbell driving out in his 4x4 with Lee Clark in the front, Neil McDonald, Steve Bruce and Robbie Fowler in the back?

Something about a brainstorming session in Foxy’s before doing their psychometric testing?

Much less convinced that Skelton will get the job after today. Honestly thought and expected us to win which I think would have pushed them into the easy option.

We are a way off being good enough to stay up so this appointment is massive. It has to be right.

McGreal possibly had a meeting with Holdsworth and thought I'm not working under that charlatan.
