I can't believe that in this day and age there are still so many people allowing themselves to be treat like sh*t and pay for the privilege.

In what way are they treating you like sh*t?

Asking you to ring up and reserve your season ticket, so that they can monitor and ensure they aren't overselling areas of the ground that would prevent you being kept safe from the biggest virus pandemic in modern history?

Some of our 'fan-base' leave me staggered quite frankly

We are in a pandemic club has been good at updating us and hasn't ripped off fans like other clubs by selling season tickets for matches that might never happen. We need good support when we are allowed in. Any decent fan shud be desperate to stand or sit and watch our team again.

Not sure what you mean this season Wukkie, in previous years yes, they've screwed fans by employing idiots and giving clowns hard found money to waste....this season seems to be a bit different.
We have a half competent manager at the helm, we seem to be recruiting reasonable players and in mostly the right places too, people seem to feel rightly optimistic for a change and I welcome that...it's been a long time coming.
Lets face it, they're here for the long haul, we won't be sold any time soon so pining for new owners is just chasing rainbows.
Chastising the club for ticket sales is a little harsh given the unprecedented shit-show that's ongoing nationwide/worldwide, they've had a raft of EFL restrictions and instructions forced on them and they have a short time to get to grips with them and sell what they can safely...it surely can't be easy?

My take on the 20/21 season is i'd like to think a couple more could be brought in, with the addition of a creative CM and another wide player we could have the makings of a playoff challenge..
I expect Bolton to be up there, they'd almost turned things around there last season and I doubt they'll be in that boat again this term, It's league 2 though so you can just about draw straws from any 7 of about 14 depending on what summer recruitment has been like elsewhere.
I'd expect Harrogate & Stevenage to be candidates for relegation, that Harrogate team in the National league playoff final will struggle in League 2.

One thing we will learn is if Chris Beech can do it or not...there's no excuses this term, it's his signings, his style, his training/organisation/tactics, nowhere to hide now Pressley's circus has been moved on.

I wasn't on about this season HH I was referring to how folk have been treat since the present incumbents took to the stage. It's good to see that things are starting to improve (it's about time) but one swallow doesn't make a summer.
