It’s a separate sub business, is it not?

Therefore in the current climate it makes cense to close it down, renovate and reopen under a different guise when they can.

Can't see it ever opening again as an entertainment venue. Used to be the main venue for weddings, that's all changed now. Masses of competition in that sector.
