It may be cloud cuckoo now but it wasn’t a few weeks ago.

If Pressley turns it around we could go on another 6 game winning run for all we know, then we’d be very much back in the automatic mix. Results need to turn around soon though.

Yes, I agree with that. We started the season with a paper thin squad. A few injuries and we ended up not scoring at home for 78 years.
Both Sheridan and Pressley have been given tough hands to play and it's great credit to all the players and staff for getting us to where we are now.
The pre-season and thin squad could still come back to haunt us but at least we are in there with a shout.

For someone who hasn't played a lot of football Cullen played well.
He comes short with his back to goal, links up well and lays it off. I though for the first time in a while today the shape and feel of the side uptop seemed a lot better and this was mainly because of him.
His header was a decent effort early on.
He skipped past defenders on a couple of occasions. He's a real nuisance and as he gets fitter and gets more games he'll do well.
Without wanting to knock Richie Bennett at all, Cullen uptop will be a much more dangerous proposition for opposition defences.
It's just a shame we'll probably not see the best of him for a good few weeks yet.

I seen it the same as you NCF.

Cullen was good,little service first half but some excellent touches second half.

Slater was decent, midfield not as strong at the minute.
O’Hare maybe lively, but not really contributing enough for me, their bench were targeting him at times.

Shame that Arthur Gnahoua is not fit as an Arthur-Scougal combination could be our best striking option since Thatchers oppressed eighties era.

I'm just nervous about Cullen. He looked OK receiving the ball to feet, a couple of wee crosses caused some issues but his pass when in possession was poor and he's not fit. I don't blame the player, we were told all this when he signed. And we definitely had a much better shape yesterday. But he looks like he needs another 3/4 games before he is up to speed. I believe if we had, had a proper number 9 we could have won the last 3 games. Its 2 months since the window opened and we are still praying he gets fit.

Let's hope next week he gets off the mark and proves my fears unfounded. If we are still talking about this in 4 weeks it is season over
