I thought KC said a week or so ago that he was set to announce deals/no deals for the coaching staff. Have I missed this?

And, assuming Dykes and West are staying, will Colin be taking his 'annual leave' at the start of the season again?!

I'm surprised no-one has mentioned KC's comments yesterday. He seems to be implying that Colin West's role next season may be to watch games for us in the South while Lee Dykes is doing more coaching. Simon Tracey already plays the part of the assistant manager in the dugout and acts as KC's sounding board for tactics and substitutions. But if CW is happy with his role that's fine.

I was surprised to see Curly Keith saying he was based in MCR i always thought for some reason he was in Bristol but others have said East Midlands [ Nottingham or Sheffield sort of area ]

And hes managed to get thu a whole year without explaining what Wests absence was at the start of the season or is there another confidentiality clause in place on that one too.

I don't know any more than what was explained at the time. You say it wasn't explained to your satisfaction, that's your opinion.

Yes as i thought then yet another confidentiality agreement

Someone at the time on the other board i think reckoned hed been done for some offence that prevented him being away from home jaied/tag etc and from his hugging and cuddling return on the pitch definitely makes you think that it was more than a late deal to Ibiza and his change of role confirms theres definitely something going on.

People on here pay his wages so it should be out in the open as should whether he received those wages while he was absent as i doubt most on here would have done.

If you're so offended if people in football take time off due to having been done for criminal activity then why are you bumming Joey Jailbird Barton in the other thread?

Do you honestly think that if he had "been done" for some offence it could have been hushed up? If anyone in football does anything even slightly dodgy it hits the papers. It's pretty distasteful to make a slur like that .

I go shopping at supermarkets so you could say I pay the cashiers wages but that doesn't give me the right to ask the girl on the till why she wasn't at work last week.
