TOPIC: John Nixon MD

This should probably be getting more noise then it is.

We were told that JN had gone upstairs and he's only job was external affairs. AJ said to me that JN does a great job as MD and auditors think the club is well run???? and later going on to say that JN does the job for free. Also mentioning that JN does a lot of work for the FA especially the apprentice scheme and he regularly travels to London.

So whats people other peoples take on this?

Have we been lied to?
Are people happy still having JN as MD?

They are so oblivious at bumbling..they let the lies slip...they will even deny that too.

Happy with Nixon?...Ask shaldon that..coz the answers to the question could get nasty on here....

We all knew this was going to be the case though so I am not surprised. Doesn't matter what title they have they are still pulling the strings.

This doesn't really concern me, them screwing the club over and steadily destroying the club is what worries me

This encapsulates the whole issue with the way Carlisle is run.

i know lots who arn't renewing ST s, my sons and grandsons dont go to games, 9 from my family, where we sit...its empty seats all round us, used to be full...surely the club can't survive under this regime

worried about the future, i cant see things improving in the near future either.

Have full control? How many times has Norman stopped them from doing something? They have full control now. The only thing the Trust could stop them from doing is sell the club, but they don't want to do that otherwise they would have done so.
