Now 37yo, at Barnet but hasn't really featured.

Heard his name whispered recently as a possible target for us...

Not a chance, he was finished when he was here with Charlton. mIke edwards made a good job of making him look ok on the day though. We played a high line on the basis that he was too old to get in behind us from 50 yards and that's exactly what he did.

I know you shouldn't wish your life away, but I'll be glad when January is over.

Got to be in the market for a striker as we only have 3 with Rigg on loan/injured. With 2 target men in our ranks in Jabbo and WYke we could do with something different, someone with pace and guile. Asamoa is a great option for one on three games to get the most out of him but can't play every week.

Been injured hasn't he?

I'll lose faith in Curle if he ends up going after a castoff from Barnet

Anyone know what the crack with Hope is?

MIA man is having injections in his ankle and will hopefully resume training the middle of this week. Perhaps on the bench v Yeovil but who knows.

Loan runs out on Sat 9th, so won't feature in FA Cup unless it's extended or he signs for us...

We need a winger (left footed), a striker (not a 37 year old crock) and maybe a centre back who can play the ball out of the back, this transfer window

It was glaringly obvious what we needed on Saturday ...without jabbo we need a big man in the middle of the park to win balls.plus a winger .
Also ....why was Gillihead playing on the left....not his best position from what I've seen ?

Someone like tom lawrence or oliver burke is needed, they can play out wide or up top, id give thompson a go on the right instead of putting kennedy and sweeney out wide and keep hope on loan til the end of the season and put him on the left

I said we should've gone after Lisbie about eight years ago when he was riding the bench at Charlton and we were flying high in L1. A bit too late, I think we signed Curran instead!

didnt he choose to go to Leyton Orient instead, after Charlton?......always appeared to score or always on the wining team when playing against us.

He has left Barnet "in search of first team football". Can't see him getting it with us.
