I can understand people being a bit miffed at this but ... "apoplectic with rage".... really?
Surely a bit of common sense will prevail when they realise that this who bought early are missing out. Surely they are able to refund d ticket sales - at Carlisle you can return tickets up until kick off and get refunded. Can't see any reason why this isn't possible hear.
Failing that, is it really worth having a seizure over an extra £8 or so. By your own admission you've done 10000 miles supporting Carlisle so obviously have the commitment, time and money available.
It is pretty poor form to announce a ticket offer after sales have started though! Tinpot clubs in a tinpot league.
I know it's £6 I'll be owed for me (u19 and a carer), but it's the principle. Why should I pay full whack for buying before the day and fellow Cumbrians and Barnet fans get half price because Barnet have been lazy with their late offer?
Obviously I was willing to pay full price, but now it's half price I want my money back as it is my money they're trying to keep. That £6 will buy me another (probably shite) pint on Saturday
