TOPIC: Everton fans/Sky Sports article

Sorry I couldn't work out how to copy the link as it seemed a generic sky sports address....

Looks like Everton have raised over 7000 for the flood recovery/community partners which is obviously a fantastic effort amd thanks to the fans who have donated so far.

However..... and I don't want to sound like I'm criticising but..... 5000 of it was given by the club. A bit much for the fans to be claiming full credit!! Still a top effort..

Also of more concern to me is how the sky sports reporter has picked up on Mr Jenkins comment that only Everton and Sunderland offered help from the premier league clubs. Is this going to be dragged out at every opportunity and will it affect relationships with the likes of Newcastle?

Why can't he just keep his mouth shut!!
