Having a particularly busy summer already. Made their 12th signing of the summer today! I wonder whether it'll have the same results as Shrewsbury's new team last summer or ours.

Did Campbell, the lad they have signed from Newcastle, ever start for us when he was on loan?

A lot of the signings are unknown foreign players so it will be a case of how quickly they adapt to English football. If they don't adapt then they could struggle.

Stead is a good signing mind.

Didn't we play him out wide as per with young strikers ?

Obviously he looked shite as a consequence of this and never played again.

They'll do nothing this season.

I've heard it on good authority that Curle has lost the dressing room.

Attitude on the training pitch apparently. There was a rumour that he told Kav to "F off" which lead to us sending him back to Newcastle.

So he only did what many of thought Kavanagh should've done.

I'll never forget that Coventry game as a benchmark at how out of depth we were, they should've had ten at least.

Think it was Michael O'Halloran, the lad we had on loan from Bolton a few seasons ago, who told Kavanagh to "f*ck off" not long after arriving. Campbell thought he was well above us and allegedly had a shocking attitude, hence why he didn't last long.

Campbell thought he was better than us and had no really desire to play for Carlisle. I was glad he went!

Read the headline "Notts sign ex under 21 international", the lad is now 31.

also somebody said they'd made a "very good signing" on twitter, the guy they were on about played last season in the dutch 2nd division, not sure how he knows, be good to see how they do but i know a team who signed a lot of Irish players once
