Totally agree. Most business's offer their product for less if you do things yourself at home as it cuts their costs. Not CUFC though, you pay more for the privilege!

I asked for the barriers at the ticket office to be setup in a specific way, and he mentioned the ticket office being closed from close of play Thurs, until Monday.
