I'd go for: Gillespie Miller, Atkinson, Raynes, Troy, Brough Hery, Joyce, Kennedy Jabo, Wyke I'd have Asamoah, Rigg and Balanta as impact players off the bench. Reckon Curle will play Grainger ahead of Troy though....

Speed is only one factor as Amoo showed us. Wyke is no slouch, the better player running at teams and more skilful at linking play. He should get 15-20 goals in this league if the supply line improves.

Asamoah is going to be more effective after 60 mins when defenders get tired and games open up

If these friendlies are mainly for the fitness aspect, as well as looking at trialists in a load of different positions, I wouldn't have thought the formation would be a priority for KC. I'd expect us to go for 3-5-2/5-3-2 primarily still, plus isn't that what KC said he wanted to use going forward at some point late last season?

Well it's difficult to pin Curle's tactics down to a formation.... Basically 1 keeper... 6 at the back to hoof it as far as they can and 4 others to run around chasing the hoof judging by last season... 6-0-4 then maybe?
