so, Neil definitely made the right choice when declining the management job here after Kav.

Neil could definitely fine tune a team with confidence, but he could not polish a turd as proven with both of his managerial appointments.

Oyston has him by the short and curlys

Keep him just to piss off the fans

or he resigns and Oyston saves on a years wages and is free to find an even more incompetent idiot to piss the fans off even more

Yes a squad he almost entirely chose and signed and what he said yesterday goes nowhere near making up for the arselicking statements hes been making for the last 12 months

Anyone got Greg Abbott's number,I know he's just got that Cambridge job but surely he couldn't resist a crack at taking them down to the Conference.

Abbott lost out to McNamara for the York job, he'd have kept them up though for me...

For no other reason than his contact book for that level and area will have been 10 times what MacNamaras would have been

Mind you i was expecting them to sack him before the end of the season and Mad Sophie from their trust take it on shes done every other job lol

I was surprised York didn't sack McNamara and appoint Moore once Hartlepool gave him the boot.
