Is it true that the club offices have been moved to the, quote 'crumbling and derelict' East Stand, on the insistence of the insurance company?

You know the one that Nixon said was the reason for Blue Blunder?

Well its about bloody time if they have but somehow i doubt it as short of forking out for the lifts that were on the original specs but were never fitted how will they give access to any disabled customers ?
