She come's here on a tourist visa, "falls ill whilst on holiday" and then lives in the country illegally. Doesn't want to return home as South Africa don't provide dialysis to people her age. So yeah, despite paying [censored] all taxes, thinks we should pick up the bill.

But this is what happens when you let Myrtle Cothill off the hook. She came to this country on a tourist visa because "healthcare was too expensive in S. Africa", sold her house back home and then get's 150k sheep to sign a [censored] petition to allow her to stay.
