If you can't show a stance over this whats the point. It isn't a true competition anymore. I would never go to mk dons but that is a small personal protest against something I disagree with. To boycott a home game is a much bigger thing but over this I will.
To support the club over this, or even worse to attend, is to show that they can do what they want without a care for fans or the cup.
I see the bigger clubs walk all over the smaller teams but to encourage them to do so is awful. If we don't make a stand then the future is bleak.

Well we've all got to make our own minds up. I'm just saying what I'll prob do. I could kick off and say I'm not going then go anyway so at least I'm putting my cards on the table now. I certainly won't be staying home and watching a England match instead.

I will only watch games against other league 1 or 2 teams as that is the correct level of teams that this competition was originally made for. If they want to expand the competition then give the extra spaces to conference clubs.

Tottenham have now declined the invitation to take part In it.

Spurs have now declined their invite. The EFL obviously haven't been bothered about listening to us so hopefully with PL teams turning it down they should knock this stupid idea on the head.

Theyve certainly made themselves look [censored] stupid by not asking these premierleague clubs if theyd accept their invitation before pissing everyone off.

Theres talk now of a group of clubs who voted in favour letting Harvey know that they feel they were misled and if he doesnt sort it out very quickly [ ie scrap it now before it gets any worse ] they will consider voting against him should someone act to try to remove him.

B teams aside the whole thing is a farce. Imagine facing Accrington away in the final group game on a piss wet tuesday night in November/December. We're already through, whatever happens. They're already out, whatever happens. But the rules state we still must play a strong team. How many fans will really be that bothered about going?

Everton have confirmed their participation.

Reports that Spurs, Man Utd and Liverpool have declined, but nothing official yet. Hopefully it's all true, they do decline and many more follow.
