Kidd and King come across as genuine in their aims and hopes for the club. The major problem obviously is that 90% of the fans have lost faith in AJ and JN and don't, and never will again trust or believe a word that comes out of their mouths.
If we really do care about the club it's far better to tackle the problems from within so joining CUOSC is a good start out of about 1500 season ticket holders only 8 have opted out of the automatic membership of the rebranded supporters club.
There are also two young members on the CUOSC board who are determined to change things.
Not a lot of point in sitting in the side lines moaning when you can have a say, we need to up the pressure in AJ and JN and it's better done from within the club.

I am going to the one at Penrith on Friday, so, for anyone who can't make any forums but want to ask a question of cuosc or the club reps what would you ask?

My main question is have Suzanne Kidd & Phil King a remit to run the club within it's means or will we continue to make a massive nett loss as in the last few years under Nixon's stewardship?

I would imagine the poor turnout is to do with the fact that as well as the people there having no real say over the running of the club, these forums are usually just window dressing.

We had similar types of forums last summer with Suzanne Kidd, where people could bring up anything to do with 'improving the matchday experience' and 'reconnecting with fans'.

Pretty much everything that was brought up was then completely ignored - postcodes, ridiculous queues, piss all over the toilets, etc.

Does it also bother you that a lot of people from all walks of life simply do not believe one word of what has been put out recently i.e re the billionaire and JN actually leaving (yes I believe he is no longer MD but I don't believe he does not pull the strings). 1) What was the story behind the club demanding money from local non-league sides for the warm up games and did someone see sense in the end and overturn the decision?

2) In their opinion, are the bridges between the club/ custodians and the AL/ Brown investment group completely burned or would they expect to see remedial talks take place in say the next 12 months? They should realise that many supporters and sponsors are effectively boycotting the club under the current regime.

Call me a cynic but the club seem do do everthing within their powers to make stuff like this as difficult to attend as possible and replacing a couple of sh1tstains with puppets aint gonna wash with true supporters.

The 6pm start has been questioned for ages.... yet sweet FA is done about it...sometimes folk dont bother with these forums as they feel as though they are wasting their breath...which generally has been a proven fact due to the backward running of the club ffs

MRF's right, the 6pm start is ridiculous, it is cutting out dozens of people who might otherwise want to go. There is absolutely no way I'm taking any holiday time to go along to something like that. Is it done deliberately to ensure fairly low turnouts? Do they want low turnouts to justify not doing these things again?

The trouble is there will be no answers given at these things, certainly not to the serious issues that people actually want answers to, so most people think they're a complete waste of time and effort and of course, won't turn up. For example I'd like to know where the limit of the operational board lies, at what stage do decisions become strategic and have to be passed to the Holding Company board. So just what autonomy do the operational board actually have?

The 6pm start ties in with BBCRC, therefore opening the audience County-wide...

How difficult for BBCRC to reschedule?

I honestly have no idea about how radio is scheduled.

The 6-7 slot on a Tues & Fri has been local sport for as long as I can remember, hence why its usually then.

Well a forum had a 2 nd hour off air a while back although it was broadcast elsewhere. We have the option of online stuff playback these days ....so not an excuse im afraid....
