KC says we have a player on trial in his latest interview on United Player. Looking at the Periscope vide of training from this morning and listening to the interview i thinks its DEAN LEACOCK, who was at Notts County with KC

According to wiki, Dean Leacock was once tipped to be the next Rio Ferdinand. As a 6 foot 3 centre half he could fit the requirement of being better than what we have at the moment in CMW and TAH. According to KC whoever it is isn't fit enough yet to start his trial.

Last at Crawley, think he played under Curle at Notts Co...

If he's not ready he wants binned. What sort of player doesn't keep themselves fit?

Ball playing CB who would suit the middle CB role. He was tipped for big things at Derby so summat went wrong somewhere when he ended up a Crawley.

Aye, World Class players are a different level! Gazza was one of the best trainers going according to team-mates...

There was a player in the periscope training session who I didnt recognise as one of ours, but now I've seen this thread and looked back it could be Leacock. Same skin tone, same build, same shaped head.

He did play under Curle at notts county. He was excellent in their 4-0 demolition of us at Brunton Park. Think it was a 3-5-2 they played that day as well.

Seen him play a few times and always thought he was decent. Big and strong.

May be carrying a knock, can't imagine a pro without a club not keeping himself fit.

Found this old BBC article where Dean Leacock thinks KC saved his career. The fitness KC referred to may be more mental fitness rather than physical fitness, KC could look after him and help him as he did at Notts County.
