Did Danny Graham score one against Yeovil in a 4-0 win or is my memory deceiving me? I think the last Carlisle player to score a hattrick was Gary Madine, but that was away at Hartlepool.

Think you might be thinking of Hawley? At home to Stockport and away at Torquay. Graham did go on a run of around 8 goals in 8 games when he first joined us on loan.

August 08, Danny Graham got hat trick at BP v Yeovil in the League, can't think of another at home after that in the League.

Non carlisle player was Andy Robinson for Tranmere a couple of year ago.I said at the time its the best hat trick ive seen at brunton park.All his goals were superb.

I remember seeing Ronnie Moore walk outside after the match when Robinson scored the hat trick. One of our fans said to him Tranmere had been lucky to get the free kicks. He turned round and said, "lucky be blowed, anyone daft enough to give away a free kick within shooting distance with Robinson in the opposition, deserves everything they get." Couldn't really disagree with that.
