I want to see how this formation stacks up with some actual central defenders at the back and more defensive wing backs. (brough in by default as we don't have a viable alternative. Hery as a second striker in a free role.

Still not convinced by the back 5 idea. Gillespie Miller Troy CMW McQueen Angelo Dicker Kennedy Osei Jabo Asamoah McQs defensive skills are the weak link but hopefully CMW has the pace to cover. Hery on the bench to come on after an hour with Brough if we are under pressure on the left

Markovith Wimbledon's main threat will be Akinfewa who is strong as an ox and quick over 3 yards.

That means Grainger will man-mark him then.

I'd go for a mix of Torbay&Northumbrian;'s teams with Hery in for Joyce with Kennedy and Dicker with Asamoah running round Jabo although I do think Hery would be suited further forward than what he's been playing so far.

He's effective because referees just let him get away with clear fouls. They look at him and must think it's just a case of him out muscling his opponent, but watch the amount of times he'll get away with pushing his hand into opponents faces and obstructing opponents from getting the ball by sticking his big arms out.
