TheCumbrians @innthecity Not Grainger at fault for that goal. No stand out performer first half. Massive improvements needed all round.

Not sure what the rules are hence the question. Is it possible to lodge a freedom of information request as to what is happening re the billionaire porky pie. ?

I suspect it's only to gain access to government information but is there a similar process to request the same from non government bodies? If not, is it not a legal requirement to communicate key information to shareholders of the company, surely if you are a shareholder you should be communicated this key information regardless of the number or % of shares you have?. There must be some legal process that the club are breaching in not allowing the takeover for reasons they make very public but then don't make public the alternative. (Pretend billionaire)

Applies to public authorities.

Though you may be able to weed something out with a clever request using the data protection act.

Club is not publicly owned and so owners can do basically whatever they want (within the law obv). The usual remedy would be to stop using the service/buying stuff whatever.....but 6000 people clearly demonstrated they are not going to do that so AJ/JN and there friends can go on spinning this BS as long as they want

Them 6000 are Carlisle United fans not Nixon/Jenkins or curle or whatever. And they do right to go and support the team and watch a game of football if that's what they want.

Was there 6000 in there on saturday? The wifi and therefore the scanners were down for a period of time so I would fully expect the attendance to be skewed. An estimate of the crowd could be used for a bit of good press? Lets see how many turn up on saturday.
