Good job they've been collecting postcode data.

Now just watch my next door neighbours claim they've been going to the same matches as me.

It really is although it does help to get through the first couple of rounds of a cup! Well done Keith Curle and co. Huge boost for our future. Who needs a billionaire?

Just hope I can get a ticket and they're not gobbled up by "fans" who haven't been to a game since Wembley 2010.

We can take 10k to Anfield easily - priority - 1) season ticket holders, 2) members 3) the 400 odd that were there tonight!

Seen a few people on Twitter mention having ticket priority for people who go to the two home games in between the Liverpool match, surely an easy way to get big home attendances and get even more money in the coffers

Should use the data they've collected previously. We will just get day trippers at brunton otherwise

The people who should be getting them after ST Holders/Members are the fans who have been to the Cambridge&Wimbledon; matches. Cough,Cough. ;-)

Now watch a few come out the woodwork for the day with their circa 1994-2004 tops on.

Just hope ST holders aren't eligible to buy 10 tickets each.

True and it worked the last time we played liverpool - over 10k against Rochdale when our average attendance was well under 3k. Sunderland Fa Cup swell - over 8k for a Football League Trophy match against Wrexham mid week. But that would mess up us lot working in London who were there tonight!

Middlesborough got 3k tickets for the same stage last year

www.gazettelive.co.uk/sport/football/foo...-capital-one-7802049

That match was also on tv, surely there will be good chance so will this one? League 2 v big PL team

Doubt it'll get chosen for TV. They will choose the Tottenham v Arsenal and Aston Villa v Birmingham games, then its a toss up between Man u v Ipswich or Walsall v Chelsea

If there's a half decent crowd we'll make more from that than we would from it being in TV. I think I read that the away team only gets lI've 10k from TV games.

Whereas we'll get 45% of the gate receipts.

If it's on the Wednesday.. and with it being Liverpool.. I'll be surprised if its not shown in another country somewhere... Norweigan or Thai TV for instance... It will be easy enough to find an onilne stream I reckon...

Tottenham v Arsenal will def be the live TV match. They will only show lower league v prem league if the lower league is at home.

I'll be keeping an eye on the Europa League Draw... Liverpool will play on the Thursday, then in the league on the Sunday.. then probably on Wednesday against us... presuming some of the fringe players will be playing in the Europa Cup as well ... hopefully they will be away in Kazakhstan that week :)

I feel a bit dirty admitting to this, but in the name of espionage for the greater good I've just had a quick peek on one of their forums.

"On paper it's about the easiest draw you could possibly hope for."
"Good opportunity to use the squad and give game time to players returning from injury - e.g. Sturridge."
...and other such drivel

Keep thinking that way boys, and big Jabo will be happy to give your 'squad players' a proper spanking in front of the national media B)

Given that we're the only league 2 team left, we'd be the easiest possible draw for whoever we got!

Amazed anyone off these boards is planning on going really....all the crap spewed on this and the old board about Liverpool
"Self Pity City" "all new well done Liverpool FC threads" and so on....

Makes a pleasant change from the QPR, Brighton, Brentford, Millwall type draws we always seem to get!
They'll be as complacent as they possibly could be...fans will be anyway....in fairness though their Reserves & Youth team is a big step up from QPR's, we'll be chasing shadows for 90 minutes I suspect.

I'll be there in the home end....hopefully like that Norwegian Commentator from 1982 come full time

Lived in Liverpool all my life and never been robbed. I have frequently been robbed of £20 on a fortnightly trip to Carlisle for the past god knows how many years though.
