I wonder how many will be down on Saturday with the incentive of the voucher.
There were over 10,000 when we played Rochdale before that last Liverpool match but I doubt it will anything like that seeing add though this one is away. Mind you, at the time we were terrible with crowds under 3,000. You just never know how many glory boys will come out the woodwork.
I'm going for 8,406.

I'm going, but not for the voucher, can't say I'm too interested in the Liverpool game because I've used all my holidays so there's very little chance of me getting there, so there could well be a voucher up for grabs if anybody can't make it on Saturday. Remember it is an early kick off too.

Well if we've been getting over 6000 (suspicious) you would expect a few more on the gate with the Liverpool deal, though I guarantee a few hundred people will turn up expecting a 3pm kick off..

Going for 6,873.

I agree with you, I don't think it has been very well publicised that this is an early start yet. I'm sure the club will have it in hand though and there will be massive publicity coming up over the next couple of days. Is it because of the England game?

If that happens and they turn up at quarter to 3 for a 3pm kick off, they should be let in and paraded on the pitch at half time so that everyone can point and laugh at them.

Apparently yeah, though I fail to see the need or difference it's actually going to make..

Well yeah, again I agree, certainly for any Barnet fans it isn't going to make any difference, I suppose it means I may make it home in time for the kick off, but it wouldn't really have made much difference to me. It actually could have been a way of getting punters into the club bars, maybe offer a first pint free while watching the game, or some sort of limited 2 for 1 offer, and kick off at 3 with punters pouring straight out of the ground and into the club bars.

Nice one, looks like they're making a bit of an effort there for a change, good for them. In actual fact that sounds quite interesting to be honest, if I wasn't driving I'd certainly be up for having a go at that.

I know I don't say such things very often but well done to the club for this, at last a bit of forward thinking, now get it in the paper, on facebook and everywhere else. I hope it works.

By the way, that price of £32 per table of 4 is pretty good considering.

I'm not surprised, and I'm sure nobody on here will be, to hear a number of West Cumbrian Liverpool "supporters" are going to be going to the game, they appear to have friends who are season ticket holders and are getting their tickets from them. To be fair I won't be able to go for a few reasons, but I really don't think it is, at all, right that there will be people who never go to watch Carlisle, and who "support" (albeit just on telly) the team we're playing against, who will be getting tickets when there might be genuine supporters who miss out on the chance to go to this game.

I'm going on Saturday now settled in my new home town! The last time I went to a Carlisle game was November 2010. I also saw you at Wembley in March of the same year! I was not in the Carlisle end for either. But now I will be going along to support what will become my 2nd team. It will not be for the voucher as I have been to anfield 5 times!
