My mate has a flexi ticket and went to paddock entrance to get his ticket. Was told that while he could get the ticket the last match he had now to go to main ticket office. We walked over. Queued at front window to be told we had to go to side window. Queued at side window. The lady took a good 4 minutes to issue the ticket and commented she didn't know how he had got tickets for the other two matches and wondered where the money had gone!
Questions
1. How was the money accounted for.
2. If his flexi card was not swiped for the first two matches does that mean that he has only "used" one of his allocation.
3. Why is the process so slow.If the idea is to encourage "maybes" to the matches - a long wait could put a few off.
4. At the main ticket office why can't there be some arrangement to allow all windows to be used by all people. Surely not rocket science?!?
