Now don't take this the wrong way, but there was very little chanting in any part of the home sections of the ground. I heard a few 'United, United, United, but that was about it. I also heard a drum after the full time whistle, while walking from the paddock to Warwick Road.
Would it not make sense to get a few people who want to chant, in the same area of a section of the ground. At The Dell people used to congregate under the Milton road covered area. There were not to many 'singers then' but the noise generated was quite amazing.
Like I say, this is just an idea, but I would be happy to chant in my southern accent, if you would have me.
Another thing I noticed today, was there was a lot of angry people in the paddock. I understand that there is unrest with the owners, but I am one of these supporters who believes that during the 90 minutes you get behind the team and 'support' the players. Seriously booing at half time?
Oh and another note curle wants to buy a striker, I think he needs a real leader at the back, on loan, when the loan window opens.
