@officialcufc: We have sold 2,272 tickets on the first day of sales for our Capital One Cup game against Liverpool #cufc

Wonder how many "daytripping once in a blue moon" tickets were bought for them by ST holders??

Exactly what I expected - an average of 1.5 tickets sold per season ticket.

So you're telling me that 1,100 of the 1,530 season ticket holders turned up today and got 2 tickets each. Or does that 2,272 include staff/player tickets as well?

Got a text earlier saying my tickets were sorted so i couldnt give a shit if any other regulars miss out now. Happy days

I'm going to York away and Newport at home. Not fussed in the slightest about Liverpool to be honest. All I've seen on social media is the day tripper's and I'd rather be surrounded by loyal blues at Bootham Crescent! Ditto bluesmad. I have no interest in this game at all, I will be at York which is far more important. I've let another loyal fan have use on my ST for the Liverpool tickets.

Don't see why membership holders need a day on their own. How many of them have season tickets so will already have bought their tickets? 2800 tickets is all the St holders there or there abouts

How many members are there? Can season ticket holders who are now automatically members buy 2 more tickets tomorrow? If all members bought 2 more tickets it wouldnt even go to ticket stub sales - never mind general sale.

Junior blues can also get 2 adult tickets. You couldnt make it up.

There could be a few season ticket holders that have waited until Tuesday so they can get 4 tickets together and others who want 2 more but there's still 3,000 seats left so it's very likely to still reach ticket stub holders and probably even General sale on Thursday.

i don't think the club cares who or how tickets are bought by, as long as they're all sold and they're not left with a liability.

Yep i agree. Wouldnt be in the slightest though if they were told so say season ticket holders would only get a max of 2 including cuosc membership to ensure floaters would buy their Barnet tickets. May have persuaded a few to turn round and go home if they thought a Barnet ticket was going to be worth sod all to them.

I was told on Saturday there's only 75 flexi members, thought there'd be more like.

Am I right in thinking that in years gone by ST holders have been able to buy as many as 6? Been a while since we've had one of these ties...can't remember what happened at Everton either. Sunderland was just 2 per ST holder.

I think 6 was for Wembley/Cardiff finals where there was adequate room. There were certainly games when i had a ST that were 1 per ticket but cant remember which.

There's a guy in the queue this morning, wearing an Arsenal tshirt. He should not get a ticket on that basis alone.

He should be sent home to get changed, at the very least, and join the back of the queue when he gets back.

Today will probably see us break the 3,000 mark for tickets sold. I reckon a lot of the QPR stub-holders will already have tickets through ST or membership or will like me not want to/can't go to Liverpool. That should leave 2 tickets each for almost a half of the non ST Barnet crowd. On that basis I think we will make it into Thursday's general sale with us probably selling out by lunchtime Thursday. Tomorrow looks like being as busy for the ticket office as Sunday.

Can you pay on the day in Liverpool end?

Seems to be a bit of confusion there Urban, Deano has been told a few times that, yes, season ticket holders can also use their membership to get a further 2 tickets. But more than one person has been told that is not the case.
