I am sure the entire IT system at the club needed a major overhaul as well as their use of IT and social media, so any steps in that direction are to be welcomed.

Phil King asked me down for a chat regarding various things the club could do going forward, I put forward a lot of points from what I have read on here and also what I had in my own proposal for Andrew Lapping.

To be fair to him he has cracked on with a number of issues, the topic of this thread being one. We had great feedback about the family zone on Saturday and the sunset looked a lot busier before and after the match. Sometimes these offers don't work but at least there is an attempt. I also had a whinge about the music before matches and that was more upbeat on Saturday and the kids seemed to enjoy it, he is looking at tapping into the fans to get some sort of play list that caters for all.

Whether his and Suzanne's hands are tied at times, at least they are having a good crack at what they can affect or change so its good to see some positive comments.
