I Know over the years I have commented a lot about trying to work with the club and Offering them poster space on Botchergate etc. finally managed to get something organised with Phil King which looks good and has got a lot of attention. This one was just to get the ball rolling and is plans to get fixture posters done for both inside and outside the pub in the near future.

Well done Matt, after years of banging your head against a brick wall, somebody is finally prepared to see the light. This could be good both for you and the club. Will they be giving you posters with details of upcoming fixtures and events etc? If I were Phil I'd be getting as many places as I could to advertise when future fixtures were taking place, just to make sure everyone knows. This sort of thing, and relationships with other businesses is a start to getting the club's connection back with the local business community first, and the whole community as a result.

A big thanks to you, Matt for not giving up, and a big well done to Phil for seeing the sense of having partners in the local community and getting something done.

If they ask for a pint of fosters they should be banned.

Wouldn't surprise me one bit Wazza. Probably be same when we advertise the fixtures will be someone come in expecting it to be on the TV's.

Hopefully this will be a kickstart to getting more local businesses advertising the club around the City.

About time they started using Lloyds, always a decent atmosphere before games.... I regularly drop by for a pint on a Saturday or even before a midweek fixture. Could be a decent partnership this well done Matt.

Edit to add - Well done Phil as well, seems a decent bloke to be honest, conveying some good ideas.
