If clubs cant manage to host 1000 fans safely , having spent a considerable amount of time making provisional plans, then it doesnt really breed confidence in a more widespread return.
Might not go down too well when they are going cap in hand to the govt when the financial support stops.
Would be good to think we would be rewarded as a club for hosting a successful test event.
