Players with potential is all well and good but even Harrogate who adopt this format know only too well that you need to splash the cash on a bit of experience as well, not to the extreme but not all of your players can be projects or it can go horribly wrong.

Another bad thing about the current situation is that Holdsworth will say that players want a bigger wage signing for us because our location is Cumbria and because of covid and Brexit, he will tell you this in an interview split into three parts padded with words like endevour

Oh I agree, we went for project players with potential last summer: Riley, Armer, Tanner etc but I think if we add to that with a bit of quality in forward areas it will get us over the line. Really could do with two or three solid older pros aswell.
