The next CUSG Meeting is scheduled for Monday 26 Sept - We have been advised this has been moved from next Monday due to the Bank Holiday for the Queen’s Funeral (Tweet confirming now added).
If you have any Questions you would like raised via the Meeting, you are advised to email them in to the relevant Group. If a Group has no direct point of contact then the central CUSG Email will make sure they get to the relevant Group.
By all means post on here the Question’s you’re sending in, for discussion etc, but please note we won’t be sending them in for you!
We still operate a Thread for these Meetings, as people like to discuss the information that comes out from them.

I’m intrigued how Dan and Matt feel they can offer something with trust hats on, not messageboard and why the change of feeling despite what was said about the group in withdrawal statements?
As Nigel D now attends CUSG with his EDI hat on, and Jim M now stepped back, CUOSC needed new Reps to attend CUSG.
Myself, Matt and Kieron from the Board will be attending as/when fits with our availability (Likely any 2 from 3 in future) on behalf of CUOSC - Al W attends as the Groups notetaker more than as a direct Rep - after discussion in our CUOSC Board Meeting last week.
Our Brief will be to attend on behalf of CUOSC Members, we encourage any queries to the Clubs and/or other Groups who attend, and will help facilitate this.
Maybe instead of wasting time attending this meeting, the trust could set up sub-committee to provide resolution to the flag waving crisis.

But it’s the same meeting you’re attending and criticised that you’re now attending with a different hat.
You criticised it with messageboard hats on and represented messsgeboarders but stopped as reasons stated. You’re now going with a trust hat on representing the trust members?
I get that you’re representing the trust/members but what has changed as ex message board reps and withdrawers to going again representing a different group.
It’s not a question to trip anyone up, get at anyone or criticise but I think it’s a valid one. Imo it’s good that you’re going as stuff got done but I’m intrigued at the change of heart.
CUOSC attends CUSG as a Member. It needed new Reps to attend. We offered as we’re familiar with the set-up. Nothing more sinister.
Personally, I’m interested to see if it has improved. There’s a new independent Chair in John K too, who deserves a chance to put his stamp on how Meetings are conducted.
I also think there’s future discussions to be had regarding fundraising as a whole and as a new CUOSC Board Member I feel this in an important area short to mid term in how both CUOSC and CUSG approach this avenue, and potentially evolve?
