Now I know the club has sunk pretty low, but it's reputation must be in tatters if the British public think that we've been relegated from the Scottish league.
Still it's not as bad the recent contestant, who when asked which former Deputy Leader of the Labour Party had written a book on losing weight answered 'Agatha Christie'.

Not as bad as the lass oñ the chase a few days ago who is studying Geography at uni then got all 3 Geography questiond wrong.

There's too much jeopardy involved. It's more about the luck you have with the machine than general knowledge.
I did volunteer to be on a team for Eggheads, but the team captain chose his pub quiz mates.

It would make it better if the contestants got £50 for a correct answer, at least then you'd be rewarded for having knowledge rather than getting a flukey drop and I thing the double counter spoils it too.
