You lost me at “the dude”...

Was reading an interesting article about the 49ers investing in Leeds, and the dude set out their criteria for a successful investment/management of the club.
"Some of the ways in which you go about it are very different but the components themselves are the same, an engaged fanbase, a good stadium experience, social and digital concepts and monetisation, obviously quality players on the pitch and the management and the sporting side and investment that makes these teams really good"
I think he sums things up fairly well, and shows the same principles apply regardless of the leaguea team is in. We clearly fail on most if not all of these. The big one I miss is having a star player we can all get behind. A big turning point for Leeds was signing Pontus Janssen, a real Kevin Gray "hero type" player, same as a Reeves in days gone by.
I find myself getting more and more negative about the club, and worried it was maybe an age thing, but maybe proves the club is still an absolute shambles in terms of its offering.

Yeah, you're probably right, so why do we fail on every single one if everyone knows about them?
Must be honest, I was never a big believer of the fan experience, but clearly means a lot to those that matter.
