I can't actually ever remember us playing Ross County in a friendly before - some of us will get to see where Craig Curran ended up playing for the best years of his career

You could see where he was going with that one pal, rubbing his hands together at the prospect of playing Rangers and Celtic four times a season and the cash it would bring in.
If we were a better run club then we could easily be in the top flight in Scotland with our crowds, I wouldn't want that though.
Celtic and Rangers however would jump at the chance of playing in the English League - what they don't realise is that they would probably never qualify for any European contest ever again

That could be an attractive fixture for me, make a long weekend of it, and there`s a fair few Munros not that far from Dingwall, a bit of hillwalking in to boot - result.
