IMO Danny got a lot of unfair criticism at that time. He did great for the club.

Very well done indeed for not selling the club to either consortium containing Andrew Lapping and Steve Skinner - and for recognising neither are fit and proper to run a football club.

After the Trust meeting at The Court hotel where I exposed the fact that he.d enrolled his entire workforce and voted on their behalf completely without their knowledge, he tended to avoid me. Well apart from the time he sent his goons into the East Stand bogs that is.
