Couldn't they buy it, do it up and use it as council offices? They're always moaning the civic centre is shit. I guess it's not a metal and glass box so there'll be no public building architecture prizes at the end of it

When I was young and just got a job and then had a bit of cash for the first time I used to take my Mam in there for a spot of lunch around mid-day and a I would have a couple of scoops and wander off to meet my pals if we were playing at home for the game - happy memories, only wish I could do it again
