The format of the draw needs revised.
If we manage to pull off a shock win then I take my hat off but I suspect it will be a bit of a hiding to nothing tonight.

Is Scougall Pressley's love-child?

Just how badly do you need to play to be dropped?

It's a bit of an odd decision also to start with Loft, given how stiff and immobile he looked on Saturday in comparison with Olomola. Maybe it's a fitness thing.

Just got back from work and switched on Sky sports news.

The idiot yorkshire reporter - Barnsley a superb - passing t,ball quickly, Carlisle have hardly had a kick but have just scored a penalty t go 2.0 up front. But don't be surprised if Barnsley go on t win this.

Anchor man a few mins later- still confident?

Carlisle have gone 3.0 up - Barnsley have got a battle on t'hands now!

It's not a battle - it's a massacre! :-)

Just been reading their message board. Usual patronising stuff. Blaming the overuse of the sprinklers on the pitch ! Saying we play on that kind every week ha. Our pitch is up there with the best in the country - every season!
Who do they think they are?
Size and potential wise they are similar to us. They are just better managed and have been for years compared to us.
Great scoreline and performance for us. Strong team out for them too. No credit though.. just blame the sprinklers!

At home too. I know we would get more money away but let's get them on home turf and go at them for once. I'd rather get beat 0.5 and have a go than just lose tamely I.e. spurs and Everton games to name just two.

It’s a big shock this result, fantastic really, even if it was against their reserves, it wasn’t, 3-0 is a walloping.

We will get a bit of national exposure for this, use it and get Pressley on the local news as much as possible this week and get more people down on Saturday.

At least we’re not Stockport

Must have been watching a different game. They had some spells but an estimated 85% of their crosses completely missed the box with a fair few going for throws on the far side, they were awful in the final third.

Football fortune anyone? I know it isn't the best of draws but do we get much prize money for progression to round 2? It all adds to the pot and the don't budget for this. Due a cup run.
Brilliant performance.

This is the cheapskate trophy. Winners get £100k and runners up £50k - no prize money until semis with losers getting only £25k.

45% of gate receipts is it. And a can of shit energy drink.
