Had a chat about him to an accy fan, very quick but lacks physicality for his size, tends to go down a lot. Said he felt he could’ve been a very good player if given a proper run. Disappointed they let him go. Could be used the same way kayode and Patrick have been used as an inside forward

Kayode, Alessandra, Patrick, Toure, Dickenson and Zanzala looks like a more than adequate choice of attacking options at this level...

Would love to think this means Kayode will finally be given a chance down the middle

Must admit I know nothing about him. But Chris Beech is developing quite a good track record of signing unproven young(ish) players and improving them into good players at this level. So if Beech rates him then that’s good enough for me.

Really pleased with this signing on paper.

Brings something different to the front 3 and gives us more options from the bench. He’s going to need to work hard to get into the side with Toure, Dickenson and possibly Walker also doing the same.

No issues with a 6 month deal for now, Beech says himself he’s got areas of his game he needs to improve on.

Pleasing to hear Guy, Anderton and Hayden all know the lad and have helped bring him here. Plenty of other L2 clubs were interested by all accounts.

Wonder if that rules out Scott coming although we did have Reilly and Obiero who are gone. So 2 forwards out and 2 in my be the plan. Scott again is a different type of forward so offering more options. All good as when's the last time we had so many options up front we've spent many a season short of options up front.

It wouldn't break my heart to see him leave, he flatters to deceive a bit.

He's too easily brushed off the ball, a bit dubious in the air and spends half his time either giving fouls away or throwing himself to the floor looking for free-kicks.

Our route one tactics don't really play to his strengths, in fairness. We'd be better off (if we're sticking with 4-3-3) to play a Jabo type player centrally.

Zanzala's probably better suited for running off the shoulder of a genuine centre-forward in a 4-4-2. With the ball dropped or flicked into a channel or two for him to chase, facing the goal not with his back to it.

He’s the best striker we’ve had for a long time but he’s feeding off scraps in most of the games.

The only bit that works on this one is the chorus as the rest is clunky.

TBF Accy were only signing Zanzala la la la bit, I added the rest. Normally a race to the finish for any chants nowadays which ruins the longer ones, the simple ones are usually more popular.
