How do people see things going for the club going forward, things were tough enough before, going to be a whole lot tougher over the next year or so, especially as any proposed change of ownership has disappeared for now what with the corona virus and apparently change in EFL ownership rules, although I'm not quite sure exactly what they are.

I doubt they know themselves. Probably waiting to see how much they've gotta cough up in refunds on last season

And this is why it would have been in their interests to have treated fans with respect over the last decade. Because then there would be a lot more goodwill and maybe less people would be wanting money back.

Barry I think the reason other clubs are selling season tickets is because there's a sense of ambition. Like corona has temporarily stunned them, and now they want to bounce back. With our club, there's just.....nothing. No pride, no roadmap for success, no ambition. Just drifting.

I've said it before, they've got Covid-19 to blame not their incompetence.

Not a great time to own a football club.Things are going to get worse before they get better.I can see lower league salaries collapsing as this bites

Good! - Players at lower league clubs get paid far far far too much, Meaning average/shit lose touch with reality, hopefully can go back to something resembling normal.

At lower league level squads are going to be paper thing and our revolutionary one year deals being the norm.

Clubs will survive using the minimum amount of staff possible, so don’t expect good customer service.
At least we’re not Stockport

Well most of us go to watch the game and then leave-I think in the new world, the matchday experience will be secondary to survival for a while.

I would support a regional format-with nationwide playoffs

Uh oh :o

I've always felt the club are lacking in customer service. I know it's not the major issue, people want results on the pitch, but it's one of those little things that pushes more and more people away.

To Carlisle fans crap service is the norm. That's why the Beehive and rugby club are busy on match days + plus other pubs in the city

And this is where we differ Waltero. While you seem happy to just accept crap service as the norm, I see it as something that needs to change and try fixing it.

I never said I accept crap, I don't, which is why I don't spend anything in the ground and haven't for ten plus years.

Good, that's the way to go I think. My view has always been that to save the club, we need to starve the BOD out financially. Every little bit helps in that respect, even if that means you're still going to matches but just not buying anything else while there. The sudden focus on Carlisle ReUnited makes me think they are really struggling for money now....

Same here Waltero. The only thing I get is the ticket to get in, well before I stopped going after huge cuts in the budget and the prospect of a lower half finish in Div 4 was deemed acceptable.

We reap what we sow

I thought NC made a lot of sense in his recent interview but he is hamstrung with inertia and a misaligned Board. Its coming up to 5 years since I was called a few names-let’s see how my ‘ dubious business practices’ chat looks in the National Press later next week
