As many of you may have seen or heard, there’s a local fundraising drive for a little 2yo lad, Stan, whose family are attempting to raise funds for Leukaemia treatment in Singapore.

The lad who has a signed pair of Jimmy Glass’s gloves from THAT game, has decided to offer them up for Auction to raise funds for the ‘Save our Stan’ Appeal.

Chris who runs the CUFC ‘Be Just and Fear Not’ Facebook page is trying to get a collective bid together to win the Gloves with the aim of donating them to the Club for permanent display. The idea being that if the fans bid wins then they get to both support the appeal and the Club gets a piece of Memorabilia - The plan would likely be to display in the Sunset Suite when it gets done up as ‘The Glass Bar’.

At present he has £365 pledged he’s just messaged me, a fantastic effort so far, but I reckon a lot more can be collected!
