For those who contributed to the ‘Flags Fund’ last Season, we’re starting the Mural Project with the remaining £800 left over today.
When completed, it will be on the side of the Club House, along from the Fixtures Hoarding.
Looking forward to our very talented Artist working these next couple of days!

Can people claim their money back if they aren’t happy the flag moneys being used for a painting?
Trust were at it first with their fund and now the mods - although the trust had a longer statement on what the money was going to be used for and deviated.
I suppose a mural is a sort of flag so sort of fits the criteria. A pub refurb to help the club through Coronovirus certainly doesn’t!

I wasn’t actually being serious
It was more a joke at the trust, chill.
I was being sarcastic, I knew what the plan was and what Dan was doing, he kept people informed. Whereas the trust didn’t and panicked and spent it on a bar refurbishment.

If I had a problem with Dan and the mural I’d contact him directly.
He probably realised it was sarcastic, in jest also considering I’ve posted elsewhere it’s a good idea FFS.

I've said before that you only hear from the scouser moderators as a rule when they appear from behind CCU to have a nasty pop at someone.

There's been plenty of posts on the topic of Barry and the response remains the same - I've nowt further to add on that. It's tiresome nonsense like that which has put me off posting - I'm still reading most days but got other things to do cheers.

It is more a case of some posters being concerned what is going on behind the scenes and foul play, you just bring Barry into things to try to muddy the water.
