CU are two seats apart, rows missed out and masks compulsory...

That looks like 3 seats apart to me. If you look closely, the fans that look 1 seat apart are on different rows, they are 3 seats apart from the people on their own row.

Did they make people from the same family bubble for example, follow the same regime just to make equal spacing through the stand easier or was everyone invited asked to be a 'solo traveller'?

They’re 3 seats apart on the pic at Brighton, the fact they’re on different rows makes it look like 1 seat.

Have CUFC said that masks are compulsory?

Having watched the French League highlights some clubs are spacing seats where others have a limited capacity but bunched together mask or no mask. The British do things by the letter of the law in most cases.

At halftime yesterday I had a phone call from someone at CU asking me to pay for my season ticket!!!!

I haven't heard from them yet regarding my slot in the Paddock or are they still ploughing thru the seating ?

Mate rang up on Fri as he hadn’t heard, and they were still working through the stands. Doing those first then onto the terracing by all accounts.

In fairness, ringing through a list of 1700 folk will be time consuming, and probably taking longer than they expected (Folk missing calls as at work etc, then ringing back, folk popping down in person too).

No but that’s likely because I opted to donate it to the club when they asked me months ago. I’m assuming anyone who chose the discount off next season ticket option will get the discount when they come to make payment.

Have the club any plans for fans that have bought season tickets ,if we miss games through lock downs, or games played behind closed doors through whatever government measures?

I’m sure they have plans in place should that happen - No point creating confusion unless it occurs for now?

?? In light of the latest developments, our season ticket holders now have two options.

Option 1 - a free 'Follow pass for every home game until fans are allowed to return.

Option 2 - a full refund on your season ticket purchase.

If I had a season ticket last season, I wouldn’t hesitate to let the club keep the remaining money.

Sorry and it’s sad to say, if I got one this season it would be option 2 all the way.

Non season ticket holders will get ifollow cheaper, without this pass. I’m also not confident the season will last longer than next weekend anyway.

If you can afford to lose £300+ for nothing and let the club have it great but in the grand scheme of things it’s not going to cover much.

I'd have preferred for them to keep my money ,then deduct the amount owed by games played with fans ( if any ) ...and whats left being used towards the following season .
But not interested in paying for i follow... live or nothing ,for me .

Think I’m going to go for option 1. I’ll watch the games on ifollow anyway and when we hopefully return I’ll still have the same block reserved. I know it’s more cost effective to pay for ifollow by the game, but this just seems easier.

The club were good enough to offer the choice of a refund ,so I'm going to go with option 1

It might have to be option 2 for me because I got tickets for me and my three kids and I dont live with them, it was all about spending the day together as a family with the atmosphere watching the Blues.

Looking at Facebook a lot of fans aren’t happy that direct debit customers won’t be paying anything but get to keep their reserved seat/block, while those who’ve paid in full will lose their reservation if they get their money back.

Does seem a bit unfair. I don’t know why they can’t just let fans who want a refund stay on the system as reserved until games are back.

Option 1 is default from what I can see . You only have to email them if you want a refund, otherwise option 1 will be actioned.

However you might want to get in touch to tell them your email address if you think they haven’t got it, to make sure you get the ifollow pass emailed to you as and when.
