We won’t be saved by a club going tits up this season, next season when repayments are starting could be a few in trouble which is why it’s important we stay in the football league - I don’t think we will.

We'll be alright. Milleny seems to have an idea how to play football which is a step up from Beechy.

Three or four signings in Jan and we'll pull away from the bottom no sweat. We could do with a win or two in the meantime mind!

If we get any lower we'll drop off the coupon as my old dad used to say!

I'm actually more confident with Mellish and Allesandra out. Think we might just sneak it 2-1.

There should be no rush to bring an out of form Calum Guy into the team, as prior to Mellish's brain fart we seemed well in control in the middle.

We’ve the worst set of players we’ve ever had, they aren’t good enough to keep us up - any points we get to now until January is a bonus until we may get some actual players instead of cheapies and cast offs.

Some people need to wake the [censored] up! Club goes down we are buggered forever and we have this shite to get us out of it. Not a hells chance there’ll stay up.

But yeah I’m the negative one and not the deluded egit who thought we’d get promoted with this shower. But carry on clapping and singing three little birds and hoping everything’s ok before we head to obscurity!

We all know this Mullen.
You tell us every other day. However some of us can still manage to be positive in life, try it you might crack a smile.
Nothing is lost or ended until you cannot do any more, the team have the opportunity to turn it around, it may be the beginning of the end, who knows, it may be the start of a new beginning.
Let’s find out without a whinge for a while.

I maybe just be feeling a bit optimistic, but I think we might win. Millen seems to of got the team playing alright since he took over.

1-1 Jenkins to be held aloft by the paddock out on the pitch (closely chased off by Dave Mitchell) due to the unforeseen success.

I’m not happy with the way the club is run and would like new owners. However, a new manager has come in and we’ve improved significantly in a few weeks. As long as players put in a shift (which they now are) I’ll be happily clapping them on.

Performances have improved. Norman, Alessandra and Mellish are unavailable, so hopefully we can get something here. Harrogate are the top scorers in the division? But we can do this. Us to scramble something

Sides of years ago were dreadful but always had one or two decent players.

This side has none of that, not one good player amongst them. Managed just two wins from 17 in tier 4.

I’d compare it to the side that did go down, 1st half of that season - utterly Pish but full of players that didn’t want to be here anymore and I honestly think that side was a touch better than this shower. My opinion of course.

I think the worst side was probably late eighties. Anybody we could get was playing.

Crowds were about 1900 at one point and I remember fondly a season in the Scratchers watching Wayne Entwhistle.

Having looked it up, Entwistle only made a dozen or so appearances for us during 1985-86, the season we got relegated from the old Division Two, now Championship.

Whenever John Holliday was playing was a low point - 1990 ish?

Then Colin Methven joined on loan from Blackpool and seemed like Sergio Ramos in comparison to the rest of the team.

Remember us beating Chesterfield, end of the season we got relegated from the third division. There were 1500 people there
