So you can have a 2 year deal if you you are on peanuts.
Well done Tyler.

Yep well done to the lad. All we need now is the mystery striker they keep going on about

Similar deal to Branthwaite in that covers the rest of his 2nd Yr YTS (This Season) then a full Season of Pro in 2020/21.

Both have options for 2021/22 too...

Darren Edmondson must have done some excellent work with the Academy and they gave him the boot to let that glorified schoolteacher back in.

That's McCarron, Branthwaite, Dixon, Charters, Galloway, Kerr and Birch that I've seen who look excellent prospects.

Off to Reds on Loan:

Wonder if this lad will get a chance.

Think he was due back Boxing Day wasn’t he, so may be involved tomorrow. Beech seems to rate him highly from what he’s said in interviews.

Aye got recalled early. Think he only played once or twice for them in end as was some paperwork trouble at start of Loan...

I seen him make his home league debut and he looked very nervous and a player who had come straight from boys football and chucked in with grown men. Didn't do much apart from a few sideways passes and he was completely ineffective until he was subbed.

On this performance which is only on one game he looked miles off from being ready for L2 standard.

He should fit in well then.
Great observation as he is a kid being thrown into a mans game, that’s the whole idea to give the opportunity to play against men.
Excellent potential and stands out in the youth team, I hope he gets his chance.

Off to Gateshead - One month loan.

Would have preferred him in the national league, but suppose he’s pretty much guaranteed to start in the NL North.

Game time be good for him. Too half of NLN is equal to lower NL.

Would like to see Bell, Dixon and our young Keepers go out too…

I just think he’s good enough for a National League loan. He’s played plenty of games at our level. The top teams in the NL are closer to EFL level so would be more beneficial playing against them imo. The NLN is way off our level. Maybe only Gateshead were interested, but that would surprise me if no one else was. But yeah game time at a low level is better than sitting on the bench or in the stands here.

Definitely want to see Bell out on loan.

Dixon seems to be out injured a lot. A step for him would be a sustained spell of staying fit.
Opportunity for him to make a name for himself at a reasonable level, though I agree he’s good enough to be starting regularly at tier 5 level.

Good luck to him, will be watching for their results.

Not too many Northern teams in NL though, and can’t see him simply walk into the Starting XI at Halifax or Chesterfield currently?

Sounds like he had a good game, including being involved in the opener. Cedeyn Scott on the scoresheet, had one disallowed too
Second start, played the full ninety, and continues to impress.

It's no surprise really, he's ready to play in our own first team - as was obvious twelve months ago.

Agreed.

Wouldn’t be a shock if the horsemen and big Dave accept a couple of hundred for him to ‘balance the books’. It’ll be fee undisclosed, naturally.

He's never really had a run of games as the attacking midfielder. Always gets shunted out to the left to cover for injuries etc.

Hopefully a sustained spell of games will do him good but I'm concerned that Millen seems to be squeezing all the younger players out of the matchday squads.
